Minor variations in color, placement, texture, finish, or other characteristics that naturally result from the applicable printing or manufacturing process may occur and do not necessarily constitute a product defect. Nothing in this provision limits a customer’s rights with respect to products that are materially defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not as described.

If brainstorm issues an approved refund, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method or payment provider in accordance with the Shipping & Returns Policy, applicable law, and the payment provider’s processing procedures.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping options, rates, and any applicable estimated processing or shipment timeframes will be disclosed through the Site or during checkout, as applicable.Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. If additional information is reasonably necessary to fulfill an order, brainstorm may contact the customer using the contact information provided with the order.
Any processing or carrier delivery timeframes provided by brainstorm are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Any timeframe stated for when brainstorm will ship an order will be based on a reasonable expectation that the timeframe can be met. brainstorm will make reasonable efforts to ship orders within any timeframe communicated to the customer and will handle material shipping delays, cancellations, and refunds in accordance with applicable law.
When tracking information is available, brainstorm may provide that information to the customer after the order has shipped. Carrier tracking and estimated delivery dates are provided for information purposes and may be subject to updates or delays outside of brainstorm’s reasonable control.
If an order cannot be shipped within an applicable promised timeframe, brainstorm will notify the customer and provide any delay, cancellation, or refund options required by applicable law.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to brainstorm’s Shipping & Returns Policy, which is made available through the Site and forms part of the terms applicable to purchases made through the Site.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, eligibility for a voluntary return, exchange, or refund is determined by the conditions, timeframes, and exclusions stated in the Shipping & Returns Policy. Entire Agreement

Shipping & Processing
Orders are processed and shipped on business days, excluding weekends and applicable holidays. Unless a different fulfillment estimate is stated on the applicable product page, in-stock orders are generally expected to ship within 5-7 business days after the order is received.
Certain products, limited releases, pre-orders, made-to-order items, or specialty products may require additional processing time. Where applicable, an estimated fulfillment timeframe will be disclosed on the product page before purchase.
Shipping options and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout. Delivery times provided by a carrier are estimated and begin after the order has been shipped; they do not include brainstorm’s processing time.
Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information when tracking is available.
If brainstorm becomes unable to ship an order within a timeframe previously communicated to the customer, brainstorm will provide notice and any delay, cancellation, or refund options required by applicable law.
Returns
brainstorm accepts return requests for eligible merchandise within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with any original tags or packaging included, where applicable. Proof of purchase may be required.
Customers must contact brainstorm at simrotsniarb@gmail.com before returning merchandise. If a return is approved, brainstorm will provide return instructions. Approved merchandise must be shipped back within 7 days of return authorization unless otherwise stated.

For issues that are apparent upon delivery, customers are encouraged to contact brainstorm within 7 days of delivery so that the issue can be reviewed promptly.
When contacting brainstorm, please include the order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, or damage where reasonably available. Additional information may be requested when necessary to evaluate the issue or submit a claim with the applicable shipping carrier.
Once the issue has been reviewed, brainstorm will provide an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances. Depending on the issue and product availability, this may include a replacement, refund, partial refund, or another mutually agreed resolution.

Cancellations
